Our Unique Approach to Family Law
At the Law Office of Jay D. Smith, we want to dispel the myth that there’s no such thing as a good lawyer, and exceed your expectations with our approach to your family law matter. See how we exceed our clients’ expectations by reading some of their testimonials.
The law profession isn’t always kind to the environment. Law firms devour mountains of paper, and their computers, printers and copiers consume massive amounts of energy.
At the Law Office of Jay D. Smith, we’re doing our part to protect the environment and preserve valuable natural resources. We turn off our electronics at the end of the day, and we employ a nearly “paperless” system by scanning rather than copying documents, receiving faxes electronically, and editing documents online instead of re-printing multiple drafts. We also offer our clients the option of receiving all correspondence from our office via email. The by-product isn’t just a better environment: it reduces the cost of doing business & saves money for our clients.
